Ltd. offers its clients a new service, regarding the possibility of taking, packaging and storing biological samples regarding the practice of cremation in total safety, through a state-of-the-art technological system. This procedure, in fact, is provided for By Article 3, paragraph 1, h, of Law No. 130 of March 30, 2001. (“Provisions on Cremation and Disposal of Ashes”): there is “an obligation for the necropsy doctor to collect from the corpse and keep for a minimum period of ten (10) years, samples of biological fluids and skin adnexa, regardless of the chosen funeral practice, for possible investigation for cause.”
