P.P.& C. srl offers its customers a new service, relating to the possibility of collecting, packaging and storing biological samples relating to the practice of cremation in complete safety, using a cutting-edge technological system.
As reported in the art. 3, paragraph 1, h, of Law 30 March 2001, n. 130 (“Provisions on cremation and scattering of ashes“), there is “the obligation for the coroner to collect from the corpse and keep for a minimum period of ten (10) years, samples of biological fluids and skin appendages, regardless of the chosen funeral practice, for any investigations for legal reasons“.
